During the recording of this album there were two earthquakes, four typhoons, a handful of floods, an operation, a new born baby, a trip to the United Kingdom, one pair of shitty pants and a bucket of poppers. Dedicated to anyone feeling like life is just fucking dragging. Better must come.

Recorded, produced and mixed by Aaron Lum, throughout 2018 in Fukuoka, Japan. Drums recorded in a rehearsal room at Be-Bop in Shingu, guitar, bass and vocals done in Aaron’s flat. Additional vocals recorded at Soundtrack, Yakuin.
It cost us fuck all to record this album.

All songs written by Born Shit Stirrers, except for Sign On, Skin Up, Chill Out (White Negroes). Guest vocals by Carter (The Practice). Radio Intro by Josh Indar (Black Fork).
