The Down and Outs are a gritty punk rock band from Liverpool, England. Known for an energetic, working-class "Scouse punk" sound often compared to a modern-day, Liverpool-born iteration of The Clash, the trio plays melodic, straightforward underground punk. Just three mates making music and playing a few gigs now and again.
