House Proud - Choices EP Cassette

Sunderland’s post punks House Proud follow the release of their last single ‘Farmers’ earlier this year, with a new EP ‘Choices’. Recorded in early February and late July 2025 in The Studio at Hartlepool and Onlooker’s lockup, the EP contains 5 new tracks.

Choices will be released via Serial Bowl Records, the DIY record label and music collective based in Sunderland. Choices is heavy, intense, hard-hitting post-punk, with emotive lyrics, heavy drum and urban dissonant detached guitar rhythms. Taking influence from Joy Division, Fugazi, Gurriers and Shame, House Proud are looking to create as much noise and pandemonium as possible to those who’ll lend an ear.
